Optimized Charging coming up every few seconds - solution / "Optimized Charging" several times - help

I experienced this problem in my Sony Ericsson mobile and the following steps were the cure.

But before doing the following, try cleaning the charging pins of your mobile and the charger.

• Make sure your battery is in a good condition.
• Change your charger. ( to an Original charger ) . Your problem should be solved now. If not,
• Change the charger port in your Sony Ericsson mobile.
